Allow your site users to add their personal and business particulars to your searchable database.
• Fully customized result output page. Just create a normal template web page and place +++ (three plus signs) at where you want the results to be printed.
• Administrator can add links to main data file directly.
• Administrator can check links posted by users before accepting them.
• Administrator can edit, delete or hold links posted by users.
• Administrator can mark links submitted by users - group them for future action.
• Users are not allowed to edit or delete links.
• Data file can be converted from Microsoft Excel or Access file.
• Data file can be downloaded and converted back to Excel or Access file.
• Hold more than 10,000 links without heavily increase in search time.
• High level of data file security.
• A custom email is sent to the user when:
- the user submitted a link for evaluation.
- the link submitted by user is accepted. New!
- the link submitted by user is rejected. New!
- the link submitted by user is accepted but marked for edit by administrator. New!
• Users may upload an image logo (max file size can be set). New!
• Actual image appears in "Evaluate", "Edit" or "Delete" modes. New!
• Auto date stamping. Newer links placed at top.
• Can rename field titles (except image upload and email). For example, change "hobby" to "education level".
• All required fields can be made optional easily (by default, all field input is required during submission). Empty fields are skipped and not displayed.
• With "other information" (public remarks) field shown to both administrator and public viewers.
• With "confidential remarks" field shown only to administrator (not to public viewers).
