Title: @1 Table Publisher: Script installation
Steps of installing the script.
tablepublisher.cgi:
1) Change the first line (path to Perl) of the script.
2) Go to the next line of the script. Read the instruction there and modify all the variables accordingly.
3) Upload this script to your cgi bin or anywhere outside the cgi-bin if your server's configuration allows that. Chmod to 755. You may also rename the script.
4) Upload the data file and the counter file (default location is cgi-bin) and chmod to 777. It they are located at another folder, remember to chmod this folder to 777 too.
5) Create another folder "tablepublisher" under your root directory (or any other location as set in the script) and chmod to 777. This is where all the table files are stored.
template.htm:
1) Create your own template and place +++ (three plus signs) at the location where you want the script results to be printed. See detailed instruction in the script.
