Brief introduction on features.
A file archive plus membership access system written using PHP + MySQL.
How it works basically?
1. Users are created either by signup or added by the Admin.
2. The Admin or Sub-Admin decides which "Group" each user belongs to.
3. The Admin creates folders with subfolders for file archiving. The Admin decides which "Group" of users can access which folders/subfolders.
